IP suspensions repost

Reposted in case anyone missed this:

Change in TOS violations policy:

If a member of IP Violates the TOS agreement listed on the site the members account will be suspended and will go into review of the violation. If the suspension is substantiated then the length of the suspension will be for 30 days for a first time offender, 60 days for a second offender and a permanent ban for a third time offender. If you are currently at any of these steps then the penalty is progressive to 60 days and then to permanent.

So how does one know if they are currently at any of these steps???
Will you be sending out letters to let the ones know??

Who will be doing the reviews??? Will it be you? or will there be a committee that will be doing it?? and If there is a committee.. who will it consist of???
